Gondia: There is a provision of 25 percent access to unaided, unaided and unaided schools for children with deprived and weaker sections. The process of applying online for 1043 students in 141 schools in Gondia district is underway. Now the age limit has been extended to provide free access to this RTE. Till now, the child’s age is at least 6 years and the maximum age is 6 years and it will take 29 days to 29 days. According to Section 12 (1) (C) of the Right to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009, the parents of the students have to register online and go online for 25% free admission. Only 10 schools within a distance of 1 km, 3 km or more can be selected for admission to the parent. But only one school will get admission. In this period the parent has to confirm his / her admission. Otherwise, that will not be considered in the next round. The admission to the school will not be denied due to any strong reason. Legal action will be taken against the school rejecting 25 percent admission. After receiving online admission to the students, SMS will be sent to schools and parents. The contact numbers started by parents should be inserted during the registration of online admissions.

Documents for 25% free access

Birth Certificate and Mandatory Proof (compulsory for all entities), caste certificates are required for the parents of the socially disadvantaged. Income tax certificate (2017-18 or 2018-19), which is less than 1 lakh of parents of students of economically weaker sections, will be deemed to be admissible for admission. For more than 40% disability certificate, SEBC category should be included in the disadvantaged group, excluding open categories, parents of other categories do not have the income limit, if the income of parents in open category is less than Rs. 1 lakh, 25% free admission can be availed, residing card for residential proof, driving of parents License or telephone , Any proof of property tax payment, house-type, gas book, bank passbook, Aadhaar card, voter ID card, passport will be presumed. The salary slip, tehsildar, company or employee’s certificate will be admissible for income certificate.

For Widows-Divorced Children

No verification will be done on the school level after verification by the verification committee. Victims of divorced women, widows and women, orphaned children and Divyang babkas, court verdict, resident proof of divorced woman, child caste’s caste certificate, child’s mother’s income certificate, death certificate of widow woman’s death certificate, widow’s resident in case of child’s deprived group Proof, if the child is from a disadvantaged group, Della’s cast certificate, income of child’s mother in case of economically weaker sections, orphans and orphaned children’s orphanage documents will be accepted. If a child does not live in the orphanage, the warrant of guardianship is necessary.

By 30 March the deadline increased

The date for applying for 25% of the RTE admission was from March 5 to 22. But the date for filing application is March 30. So, there is a possibility of more students growing now.
