Gondia: To complete the process of lifting the loan under the scheme of Gram Development section of Government, Bank of India branch of Amagaon, Amgaon. However, it is not possible to provide loan to the beneficiaries even during the year-long period. The beneficiaries have complained to the District Collector and Rural Development Ministry.
According to the information received from Arun Pongale, resident of Tigaon of Amagaon taluka, a year ago, a loan of goat farming in Bank of India, Amgaon, in Amgaon, was done. When Bank management asked Pongale to comply with the necessary documents and to take necessary training, after that he took up the training and settled the necessary documents. But after this, the bank avoided giving loans to them. Like them, three beneficiaries of their village have been avoided to lend from last year.
Due to lack of loans from the previous year, Pongle’s family has plagued the hunger crisis. On one hand the government is implementing the Mango Lonel Scheme to provide employment to the unemployed.
On the other hand, by settling all the necessary documents for loans, banks are also being avoided by lending. This is why unemployed people have to wander in search of employment. Therefore Arun Pongale has asked the District Collector, Chief Executive, Rural Development Ministry to inquire into all these cases and take action against the concerned bank manager.
