In the last five years, initiatives have been taken to raise the standard of living of the farmers of the district. Irrigation capacity has been created from various projects in the district. Due to the supply of electricity to the agricultural laborers of 6 thousand farmers by July 29, the productivity of these farmers has increased due to the irrigation of agriculture. Dr. Phuket further said that due to the completion of six works of 4 km rural roads in the district in four years through the Chief Minister Gram Sadak Yojana, good transport facilities have been created for the rural people. The district has been free from fraud and it has been able to repair the ill-fitting toilets.

Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Scheme has been important for the district to prevent the migration of laborers from the district. The scheme provides employment to 5,949,299 families in five years, said Phuket. Initially, the Guardian ministers raised the flag and inspected the parade and accepted the humane honor. Purchase of paddy worth Rs.9 crore in five years

The government is standing firmly behind the paddy producing farmers in the district. In the last five years, the government has purchased Rs 299.59 lakh and deposited this amount in the farmers’ bank account. A bonus of Rs. 1 crore 2 lakh has been given to the farmers who are producing this paddy.

3 thousand hectares of forest area for livelihood

The Forest Rights Act is being implemented effectively in the district and 9 thousand 5 hectares and 9 thousand 5 hectare forest area have been allotted for their livelihoods. Babasaheb Ambedkar gave benefit to 3 farmers to the Krishi Swavalamban scheme.

The overall development of tourist destinations

Gondia district is rich in nature. The district has a large number of tourist destinations, pilgrimages, wildlife, and migratory birds. Along with the Navegavo-Nagzira tiger project which is the glory of the district, how can more tourists come to the district besides developing other tourist destinations in the district and thereby provide greater employment opportunities to the locals. Guardian Minister Phuke testified that he would work for this.
