About 150 people die in road accidents every year in Gondia district. Out of these, 100 people are motorbike drivers. The head injury in the road accident was serious injuries. The injured drivers used to die prematurely. The motorcycle drivers were forced to use helmets on 15 October due to non-combatants.
But due to helmet deficiency in Gondia market, helmets forced to be delayed by three days. Earlier, a rally was organized from Manohar Chowk Gondia to awaken the drivers of Gondia city. Rally Main market, Ramnagar Civil line reached the traffic branch.
The rally was led by the Superintendent of Police Harish Baijal. At this time, Additional Superintendent of Police, Mahipal Singh Chanda, Police Inspector Hemne, Manohar Dabhade, Ghatekar, Assistant Police Inspector of District Traffic Sanjay Singh, Sandeep Chavan, Ganesh Dhumal, Baghel, Meshram, 36 Police Staff, 40 Police Headquarters, 8 employees of Gondia city Thane , 5 employees of Ramnagar, five Railway Security personnel and 150 others participated in the rally.
