On the basis of academic qualifications, the municipal corporation should be accommodated in the service of the cleaning staff. According to service seniority, cleaning workers should be promoted. Hathiad learned about the number and problem of department wise cleaning workers. The administration said that efforts should be made to ensure the financial and social level of the cleaning workers. Under the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Labor Welfare Scheme, there is a scheme to provide home care to the cleaning workers who complete 25 years of service. Accordingly, the municipality issued a resolution urging the 25-year-old sanitation workers to send their proposals to the collector immediately to the District Collector. A review was conducted in the meeting of the general cleaning staff. The social welfare department should give special attention to the education of the children of the cleaning workers by giving admission in the hostel. He said that every police station should have clean workers. The meeting was reviewed by the Municipal Council, Social Welfare, Health Department, Police Department, Mahatma Phule Backward Development Development Corporation and Social Justice Department.
