Gondia: Water is being released from the irrigation department for a month since the requirement of water for paddy crop. However, 600 farmers of three villages in Sailakasa taluka did not get water because of canal breaches. As a result, the paddy crop of these three villages has come under crunch. The farmers are worried because Dhana does not get water when there is a need for water. There is a dam in the priest in Talukaasa taluka. From this dam, two big canals were prepared to give water to the farmers. One canal is in Maharashtra and the other canal goes to Madhya Pradesh. The canal going to Madhya Pradesh goes on giving water to the fields of Salekasa taluka.
600 farmers of these three villages could not get water because of the cancellation of small canals and distributaries designed to give water to farmers of Bodaldodi, Durbada and Dhanoli in Salekasa taluka. Just as the rain got late. But due to the strong rains, water was released from the dams in the dams. When the crop needs water, after 15 hrs of rain, water was released for crops due to rains. Water has been released from the month to the canal. But farmers could not get this canal water.
For the first time when water was released from the canal, water came to the canal. But, seeing the power of the water, the movement of flooded canals and distributors was spreading. In particular, the farmers could not get water due to a large number of canals lying in three places in Darbada, Dhanoli and Bondalbodiya in Salekasa taluka.
In this regard, the farmers informed that the water should not be wasted by throwing the soil in the boiled place and informed the Irrigation Department. However, no officials of the Irrigation Department in Salekasa have not paid any attention to this. Even after repeated complaints, due to non-repair of the canals, water was flooded in the fracture canal but could not reach the fields.
These three sparsite canals
During Kalveedarabad and Dhanoli, canals near three fields of Angraj Katre, Gunvant Bisen and Manoraj Patle have broken down the canals. Thus, water is being wasted in large numbers. Farmers are worried about whether the canals of the canal will crop up if there is satisfactory rainfall.
600 farmers of Durbada, Dhanoli and Bondal Bodi in Salekasa taluka need water. Farmers do not get water due to the canal construction. Officials do not pay attention even after complaining about this.
