Tiroda: Police arrested the accused for stealing ATM cards and remitting money from the concerned bank account on Saturday (20th) at 12.30 pm. Specifically, this young man has accepted similar money from people’s account in Gondia, Bhandara and Tumsar along with Tiroda. It was elaborated that Nilam Bhupendra Patley (23, R.Chikhali) was taking money from Dena Bank ATMs on 7th October 11th. They removed three thousand rupees and stole their ATM cards while counting on the counter. After this the applicant has removed 17 thousand rupees from the accounts of Nilam Patle from various ATMs.
In the case, the Tiroda police registered an offense under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code on October 10. When the case was investigated, Police Inspector Sandeep Koli and the team succeeded in recording the Honda Hornet bike and the accused used by the accused on the CCTV footage.
According to the investigation, on Saturdays (20) at 12.30 pm, an ishorna saw a two-wheeler speeding while going to Tiroda city. On this, Inspector Koli, along with the squad, chased him and arrested him. This led to his name Pawan Rajendra Kundbhare (Ram, Motinagar, Ward no. 17, Balaghat, MP). He also confessed his crime.
Specifically, the accused has committed a crime in this regard like Gondia, Bhandara and Tumsar along with Tiroda and accordingly investigations are under way.
