Gondia: 21 beneficiaries have been given first installment under the Prime Minister’s Urban Housing Scheme being implemented by the Municipal Council. This is the first installment of 40 thousand rupees and this amount has been deposited in the bank account. The Nagar Parishad has started the scheme through this medium and the beneficiaries will not have any problem in making their Asia. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has dreamed that by 2022 everybody should have a permanent home of everyone’s rights in the country. Under this scheme, applications were invited from four components. In this, work was done for the fourth element of those who did not have their own home. There were over 1500 applications in this section. The project report of 515 applications has been approved.
The first installment of 40 thousand rupees has been given to 21 beneficiaries of this. Apart from this, Rs. One lakh will be given from the beneficiary state government and Rs. 1.5 lakh from the Central Government. This amount is from the state government. By looking at the progress of the work from this fund, the central government will give its share in a phased manner.
For the 515 beneficiaries of this component, the State Government has given Rs. 40 thousand to the tune of 2.06 crore to the city council. Accordingly, installment will also be credited to Utreta’s account in a phased manner.
Gondia city council tops
There are Goregaon, Deori, Sailaksa, Sadak-Arjuni and Arjuni-Morgaon Nagar Panchayat except Gondia and Tiroda Municipal Councils in the district. Under the scheme for the city, Gondia Municipal Council has started work on distributing installments under the scheme.
