On Wednesday (24th) the accused were arrested and lodged a complaint against four people who collected the crop loan by creating fake documents from Bank of India branch of Arjuni Morgaon.

Bondgaondewi: Four FIRs have been registered against the four people who collected the crop loan by creating fake documents from Bank of India branch of Arjuni Morgauga and arrested on Wednesday (24th).
According to the information, Hemraj Padurang Kulusunga (35), Deveer, Anand Nathu Ramteke (50) Deori, Raju Beniam Shahare (33) Mu Varadghat, Shamrao Bisan Mankar (52) Wadegaon had cheated the bank by replacing its original name and submitting the fake documents of the farm land and taking loan of 2 lakh 48 thousand rupees from February 28, 2011 to March 18, 2011 from Bank of India branch of Arjuni-Morgaon.
While lifting the crop loan, the four persons gave their address as Wadegaon Railway, Itkheda-Isapur, Hetti-Khamkhura, Wadegaon-Railway. For the loan, Seventh farmer of farming, Hoschet certificate, farm land map, etc., were certified by the Revenue Department, all documents were fake and pointed out to the bank. Also, when the address of the loan was taken into account, they found that they are not residents of the place.
On February 12, 2018, the complaint was registered to the Arjuni-Morgaon police station for making fake documents worth 2 lakh 48 thousand rupees and not cheating of 3 lakh 28 thousand 163 rupees due to non-payment of interest. Recognizing the matter of the matter, police increased the investigation speed.
Police have succeeded in arresting one of the accused in this case. Hemraj Padurang Kulashung, Deewari, was first caught on foot on 05 May 2018 by insulting Shitalifi. Based on the information provided by the investigating agency, the police succeeded in arresting parents of Tikaram Babulal Lillhare (59), Ravindra Tikaram Lillhare (32), who have masterminded the bank cheating case on May 7, 2018.
In this case, 4th accused Anand Nathu Ramteke (50) Deori was abducted on Oct 24 by the police. One of the accused has died in the case. Police is searching for another accused. A case has been registered against the accused in Section 3620, 406, 465, 466, 468, 471, 34, of Bhandavi, against the accused in the police station’s Agra-Morgaon case.
Assistant Police Inspector Manik Kharkate is investigating the investigation officer under the guidance of Police Inspector Shivram Kumbhare.
