Apart from the other demands, a Statewide campaign is being organized by Kalyan Ashram of Vidarbha forest and the government is presenting a statement. On Tuesday (30th) the delegation of Vanvasi Ashram informed about the problem and the demands of the society, A memorandum was given to novel Balakwade. Tribunals should investigate the bogus tribals using the facilities and rights of the tribals and remove all the rights as their tribe. Traditional forest land, water resources are our rights, and personal, collective rights are being delayed under the Forest Rights Act. Special scheme should be implemented by the government immediately under the Tribal area PESA. As per PESA rules, approval of Gram Sabhas and separate fund account should be implemented.
The birth anniversaries of the tribal heroes, Hutatmeem, celebrate the memory days at the government level, which have been approved by the government for primary and post graduate education. The government will implement an effective mechanism for its implementation. Special contribution and financial assistance should be given by cultivating folk art, culture, deities, festivals and traditions of the tribe. The documents should be given to the forest dwellers and necessary documentation for the government’s benefit.
