Gondia: A protest movement was held in front of the District Collector’s office on Saturday (3rd day) on behalf of the Castra employee federation, taking various demands and problems of backward class employees.
Unemployed children are deprived of their rights due to state government constraining new appointments. The backlog of this appointment has reached 2.39 lakhs and the post of promotion has gone up to 78 thousand. Posting is not given to backward class employees in the right place. On the basis of false information, many employees are threatening the government by getting posting and the government is protecting them. Many people have got transfer by sending fake information even in the exchange of teachers.
On behalf of the Castra staff federation, the demand for justice for backward class employees was given by the government.
