Goregaon: The climate change is rapidly affecting the agriculture. Due to the drought conditions created every two to three years, the debt of farmers is increasing. Farming is a result of losing farming as it is difficult to fill up the cost of planting. However, some farmers are still cultivating successful farming by using a new experiment in the field. The same experiment is done by Vijay Rahangdale and he has planted various species of mango trees in his ten acres of adolescent farming. Now the production has started to come out. Amarnai is flourishing in Chikhli area near Goregaon.
Aijay Rahangdale of Tiroda Vidhan Sabha constituency has 10 acres of agriculture land at Chikhali in Goregaon taluka. Whenever there is a time getting busy in politics, when you get busy, you are on the field when you get busy. They are interested in agriculture since the beginning. Instead of planting the traditional crop in their ten acres, they decided to plant different species of mango trees. In 2013 they planted 500 mango trees of Kaneri, Dashari and other species. To make these trees irrigated, bore wells and peasants have been prepared. They have increased due to proper care of these trees. Production has started from the previous year. There is a huge demand in the market for kaneri, dasheeri mangoes. Rahangdale said that the price of 80-100 kg of mangoes is obtained. The cost of mango mangoes is spent only once. After that, due to proper care of the trees, the income started getting started. They earn about two to three lakh rupees annually from the sale of the mangoes. Overall, instead of farming the rice, he has put an example in front of the farmers by using new experiments in the field. It is special that they will now plant one thousand fruit trees in this field.
Rahangdale said that after harvesting of the crop, Hansanghat from Wardha district has called for a plantation of seedlings.
Farmers should avoid taking the same crops
Because of the high use of chemical fertilizers and the same crops being harvested, the productivity of the land is reduced. This has made it difficult to replenish the cost of cultivation by many farmers. Therefore, the farmers should cultivate other crops instead of getting traditional crops, said Awashi Rahangle.
25 people got jobs
25 laborers work regularly to take proper care of the mango trees planted in Chikhli. Due to the cultivation of Horticulture, the laborers in the area are also getting employment.
