Deori: Local Panchayat Samiti through the Rural Water Supply Department was sanctioned under the complementary water supply scheme at Palanadur (Jamali) in Taluka, Taka 14 crore 30 thousand 175 was approved in the year 16-17. Under this scheme, the cost of construction of well over 19 lakh rupees was done on the basis of the Chumbali river. However, due to the construction of the well is technically not suitable, it is possible to completely collapse with the flow of the river by bowing on one side. Gram Panchayat has demanded that the contractor and the concerned engineer are completely guilty.

People would get the water of the supplemental nuclei that were prepared at Palandur (Jami) in Taluka. But the water from the well was to be supplied with water. Since it is faultless, a question mark has been created on the Rs 1 crore water supply scheme. The concerned engineer constructed a well of 19.6 mm in the upper part while constructing a well for 20 feet.

As a result, the construction of the well is tilted on one side and it can not be ruled out. The villagers have taken this matter to the notice of the contractor and engineers, they have also been considered by the villagers as they have tied the well with the help of a JCB, Poklad-like device. Contractors have been told to save the money by reducing the above-mentioned diameter of the well.

The citizens of Palanadur (Jami) are demanding the recovering of the well constructed construction contractors by placing the contractor in the black list and making the deed to the engineer.
