Gondia: The work of Nirmal under the Murmadi Gram Panchayat in Tiroda taluka is underway and this work is being done under the guidance of district water supply department. However, the pipe line is being thrown out of land owned by farmers and farmers. The farmer has complained to the departmental commissioner and the district collector that they have not been allowed permission of both of them and are being worked illegally.
According to the information received, Naresh Dhanraj Thavkar has a total of 0.17 hectares of agricultural land in Nilagondi in Survey No. 63. The water supply scheme wells have been constructed on their land. During the excavation for the well, the District Rural Water Supply Department did not believe in this farmer as well. After coming to this point of view of Thavkar, they complained about its related department. So the water supply department officials said that they did not belong to you. Therefore, Thawkar got the land count by paying the money to the Land Records Department. Then the water produced by the water supply department clearly shows that the well is in the field of Thavkar. However, after the water supply department officials are not ready to hear, Thavkar has asked the Superintendent of ZP Water Supply Department’s Superintendent of Police to give the reply to the lawyer. According to the rules, the water supply department was required to take the farmer’s faith in plowing the well and digging a pipeline for Murmadi Nullah. Besides, it was expected to give the written permission of the well in the area and the compensation for such a plot. But by doing so, the farmers have started misleading the answer to Tolatholi.
The work done by the water supply department and the gram panchayat is illegal and warned of going to the court against this. There is no opposition to the work of water supply scheme at Murmadi. But it was necessary to get permission from Pipe Line and digging of wells in our farm soil. But instead of doing so, Naresh Thavkar told the people of the water supply department that you are worried.
In violation of forest law
The Water Supply Department has excavated in the forest department’s reserved land while throwing a pipeline for the construction of the pipe line at Murmadi. The forest department has also ordered that the digging of it be illegal and has been lodged with the Deputy Inspector.
